Our business scope is covering that various aluminum extrusion application as Windows, doors, curtain wall, aluminum extrusion; product fabrication thought machining milling, drilling, cutting and welding for different size and shape; and surface treatment for anodize, powder coating, polishing, brushing etc. 

Different surface treatment:

1.Mill finish: Aluminum nature color, with a natural anodic layer formed in the air, weak corrosion resistance

           Shining metal silver

2.Anodizing: Through an electrical process to form a certain layer of anodic layer on the surface of profile

           Available in different types of colors, such as silver, champagne, bronze, black, gold and also has matt surface or sand blasting

            National Micron: 10um, 15-20um are processed too.

3.Electrophoresis: Follow to anodizing process, an extra transparent film is formed to make the surface clearer and look bit of shining, has a good performance on corrosion resistance.

              Available in different types of colors, such as silver, champagne, bronze, black, gold and also has matt surface or sand blasting

4.Powder coating: The powdered paint is electrostatically charged and sprayed onto the part, to form a thick layer to protect the surface, with a strong adhesion, high hardness.

               National Micron: 40-120um

5.Wood grain: look like real wood, widely used in indoor.

               Available in types of wood pattern. Hand touch or film transferring are both available. Customized accepted.

6.Polishing: By machine process or chemical process, suitable for decorative application

          Available in different kinds of color 

7.Brushing: By brushing and chemical process to form shining with line, also suitable for decoration. 

          Available in different kinds of color
